As much as I love summer, fall in the Northern Midwest definitely has its treats. I love fall colors, its cozy breezes, hot drinks and hours of Netflix marathoning, and cuddles of course. I’ve been so swamped and exhausted with summer festivities, weddings and festivals, and surely I’m due for some “me time,” a getaway of some sort. Hopefully, I’ll make it out of MN a a trip out west or be by the sea or in the wood, watching sunrise and sunset, or out in nature sometimes end of this month.
I don’t know what, but something so retro about this series of pictures give off such “nostalgic” feel. I’ve worn this CORN dress out once when I went to watch the Lion King last month. The color combo, mostly green and yellow, wouldn’t what I normally go for, but it was on sale for $20 from Topshop Boutique black label. And I bought it anyways thinking one day I’d feel brave enough to rock it out.
Days like today, so gloomy and rainy, are perfect for sleep-in and Netflix. I’ve jumped on the bandwagon of, guess what, the summer Netflix hit show, Stranger Things… The movie brings back such 80s vibe. Give it a watch then you’ll know what I meant by that.
Thanks for reading this short and sweet post.
Have a great weekend, everyone!
