I saw this graphic long sleeved T-shirt at the Brandy Melville store and immediately knew that I had to get it. I love the stripe rainbow/flag print in the front and the big ‘France 1990’ printed along the left sleeve. Brandy Melville is one of my favorite places to get white Tshirts, graphic Ts, and sweaters in general. I don’t know what they do with the fabric, but their Ts are always so soft and look vintage-y and lived-in. There is a Brandy Melville store at the U Village here in Seattle, and I am guilty for always stopping by. I feel like I am too old to wear their clothes since majority of their clothes is catered towards teenagers, but I cannot help it. 1990 is the year that I was born, so that is why I’ve titled this post as ‘Born In The 90s.’ Plus I have really been into beret and French girl dressing at the moment.

I hope you’ve enjoyed these photos and this outfit pairing that I put together, literally in the car minutes before shooting it. A few key matching details that I intentionally want to emphasize and hope that you will pick up after reading this post is that you can literally pull off any clothing pieces and make them look cohesive and together as one. Here, I’ve gone for a French girl look by wearing the Tshirt that says ‘France’ on it and paired it with a beret. There is nothing that speaks more French than wearing a beret even though it is not originally from France, fun fact! Anyways, I love how the brown leather piping detailing on my Gucci bag matches the brown color on my pants. And of course, I had to wear my new AllSaints leather jacket and tie the entire look together with a pair of black pointy heels. Thank God the weather in Seattle has been so nice lately, so I can get away by wearing just a thin layer of outerwear. Feel free to layer another thicker topcoat or jacket if your heart desires though!

It’s Friday, so hope your weekend is going to be fun and eventful! I’m planning to take the ferry to explore the east side of Seattle, what island, I’m not sure yet. So check my Insta-stories if you’re curious as to what I’m up to this weekend! Thanks for reading!
