How I Style a Red Vinyl Skirt

This red skirt is the brightest item I’ve ever owned in my entire life. My wardrobe pretty much consists of black, white, gray, and colors in between. I thought I’d never go for red, but well, fashion trends cycle so never say never.

Speaking of fashion, red is one of the hottest seek-after color this spring season. I love how this bright in-your-face red works so well with the white shirt. I tied the shirt up in a knot to give a more relaxed and cool city vibe. The Oxford shoes added a touch of masculinity, and they tied the look together nicely with the black bag I had on. I shortened the length of the bag’s strap and wore it to the side and mimic the famous H bag from Hermes. I’ve been lusting over that bag for a long time now. Hopefully, one day, I’ll be able to afford such beautiful vintage piece. Its retail price is $3900 on TheRealReal website. Tempting! Haha, just kidding guys, that one day will be a long time from now. This Topshop bag will do it for now!

Please excuse my bruised leg as I just hit it hard the other day. I am not gifted with the most flattering pair of legs, and I am well aware of that. With age, I start noticing my thighs and arms aren’t as tight and fitted anymore. I have tried to get active, walk more, and do more things during the day. It’s still so chilly outside, and gym costs money and a certain level of determination. And those have remained my excuses, haha. It’s easy said than done, for sure.
